The shop floor.
Digital and offset presses, in-house bindery, envelope printing, and a Mark Ruby addressing system — grouped by what happens when. Everything you see on this page happens under one roof.
Pressroom
Two ways to put ink on paper. We pick the one that makes your job come out right — and cheaper.
- Short runs, quick turnaround, variable data
Digital press
For runs under ~2,500 pieces, digital wins on speed and setup cost. Variable-data capable — each piece can carry a different name, address, barcode, or QR code without a single press stop.
Translates to → Business cards tomorrow. 250 personalized direct-mail postcards with unique URLs. Prototype runs before a big offset job.
- High volume, premium color, best-per-piece pricing
Offset press
When quantities climb, offset gets dramatically cheaper per piece and hits the color fidelity digital can’t. We run it for catalogs, high-volume form work, premium stationery, and brand-critical jobs.
Translates to → 10,000 brochures for a grand opening. Form stock for quarterly reorders. Pantone-matched letterhead.
- Printed directly on the envelope — not label-applied
Envelope printer
Most shops send envelopes out to be printed or slap a label on them. We print directly on the stock, matching your letterhead exactly.
Translates to → Matched letterhead + #10 envelopes. Branded reply envelopes for a fundraising campaign. Window envelopes for statement mail.
Bindery & Finishing
Everything that happens after ink dries. Outsourcing this is where quality and turnaround usually go sideways — so we don’t.
- Booklets, catalogs, programs up to 64 pages
Saddle stitching
Folded and stapled on the spine in-house. Clean registration, square spines, no shipping delay waiting on a bindery partner.
Translates to → Event programs. Reunion booklets. Product catalogs. Annual reports.
- Tri-fold, bi-fold, gate fold, Z-fold, custom
Folding & scoring
Scored before folding so panels don’t crack — especially important on heavier stocks and darker ink coverage.
Translates to → Brochures that actually fold cleanly. Rack cards for hotel lobbies. Invitation suites.
- Programmable guillotine cutter
Cutting & trimming
Every piece that leaves the building gets trimmed on calibrated equipment to the exact finished size.
Translates to → Business cards to the square. Custom-trimmed postcards. Die-cut-ready press sheets.
- NCR form finishing
Collating, padding & numbering
Carbonless forms collated into 2-, 3-, or 4-part sets, padded in 25s or 50s, with sequential numbering or perforation as needed.
Translates to → Invoice books that don’t fall apart on a tailgate. Work-order pads with sequential ticket numbers.
Mailing Services
Print, address, sort, and hand to the post office — one quote, one vendor, one invoice that includes postage.
- Variable-data addressing on envelopes, postcards, self-mailers
Mark Ruby inkjet addressing
High-speed inkjet addressing directly onto the piece. Clean, USPS-compliant addressing without labels or hand-written-looking script fonts.
Translates to → 10,000-piece direct-mail drop with a list we sourced for you. Invoice mailings with custom account numbers.
- Postal discounts, list hygiene
Presort & CASS/NCOA
CASS-certifies your list (standardizes addresses to USPS format) and NCOA-processes it (updates for people who’ve moved). Then presorts to earn you the cheapest possible postage rate.
Translates to → Lower postage. Fewer undeliverables. Clean list you can re-use.
- First-class, Marketing Mail, Nonprofit, EDDM Retail
EDDM & mail classes
We know when to EDDM a Jacksonville ZIP, when to use Marketing Mail for a targeted list, and when First-class makes sense for timely statements.
Translates to → New restaurant opening across Brewster, Ridge, and the downtown routes. Quarterly nonprofit appeals.
Via Vital Signs Co.
The sign shop is under the same roof. When a print job is oversized or needs rigid substrate, we walk it 20 feet and hand it off.
- Posters, banners, yard signs, trade-show graphics
Wide-format printing
Up to 60″ wide on vinyl, paper, adhesive, and rigid board. Grommeted banners, hemmed edges, pole pockets — whatever the install calls for.
Translates to → Grand opening banners. Real estate yard signs. Retractable trade-show stands.
- When the project graduates from paper
Vinyl, wraps, and rigid signage
Vehicle graphics, storefront decals, rigid signage, ADA-compliant wayfinding. Priced and managed by the Vital Signs Co. side when it’s a better fit.
Translates to → Branded company vehicles. Office wayfinding signage. Retail window graphics.
Got a project that touches two or three of these?
That's the sweet spot — print, finish, and mail on one quote, one timeline, one invoice.
